These terms set out how the BLIND SPOT website can be used: the information about the service, the articles and the contact form. They are short because the website has no accounts, payments or online sales.

The blindspotscore.com website is run by Innovatika sp. z o.o., ul. Emilii Plater 53/1447, 00-113 Warsaw, Poland, VAT ID 9512129612, company number (KRS) 0000224718.

2. What the website provides
The website is free of charge. It provides:
- information about the BLIND SPOT service and articles
- a contact form
3. The BLIND SPOT diagnosis is a separate contract
The diagnosis itself is carried out under a contract agreed individually with the company that orders it. The scope of work, price, timing and confidentiality are set out in that contract, not in these terms.
Information on the website, including pricing, is for information only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
4. What you need to use the website
A device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser are enough. No account is needed.
5. Contact form
Sending the form is free and creates no obligation. To send it, you need to accept these terms and confirm that you have read the privacy policy.
The agreement for this service is concluded when you send the form and ends when we reply to your enquiry. What happens to the details you give in the form is described in the privacy policy.
6. Rules of use
You may not send unlawful content through the form or attempt to disrupt the website. We may disregard or remove enquiries that contain such content.
7. Rights to the content
Texts, articles, graphics and other materials on the website belong to Innovatika sp. z o.o. or are used with their owners’ permission. BLIND SPOT is a trademark of Innovatika sp. z o.o. Excerpts may be quoted with attribution; any other use requires our consent.
8. Complaints
If the website does not work as it should, please write to welcome@innovatika.com and describe what happened. We will reply within 14 days of receiving your message.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may change, for example when we add a new service. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last change at the top. Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law.
