A thorough process - only faster

Over 20 years of working with companies we learned where to look for gaps: which questions to ask and which answers to compare to see them. We moved that proven process into a tool. The same thorough study - questions, quantitative and qualitative analysis, findings and recommendations from our experts - only faster.

An Innovatika expert verifies, completes and approves the findings and recommendations, grounded in the industry and in your needs.

Why the team speaks openly

Anonymity is the premise the tool is built on

Employees need to feel completely free to speak, so anonymity here is not a declaration, it is how the system works.

  • Invitation and answer are not linked

There is no relation in the database connecting a completed survey to a particular invitation. We collect no email addresses and no IP addresses.

  • We collect only what the analysis needs

We ask only for the department and nothing else. There is no place for a name, surname or job title.

  • Timestamps rounded to the hour

So that nobody can be identified by having filled the survey at 6:40 in the morning, when only one person in the company does that.

  • We never receive the invitee list

You distribute the link yourselves, in one channel to the whole group. We do not know who received it.

  • A threshold of three answers

We never show a breakdown in which a person could be recognised. A category with fewer than three answers is merged into another.

  • Quotes carry a department, never a name

We quote statements with the department only, for example "Sales / KAM", never with a surname. Those that could point at someone are paraphrased with the meaning preserved.

Questions we hear

What boards ask before they say yes

Will employees actually be honest?

To make the answers as honest as possible, we guarantee full anonymity at database level.

What if someone writes about a specific person?

We ask in the survey that no names be given. Statements that could point at someone are paraphrased, with the meaning preserved, before they reach the report.

How many people do we need to involve?

At least 15-20 people who work with the product every day, ideally from at least two departments: sales, field, production, marketing, service. There is no upper limit.

How long does it take?

We agree the specific timing at the calibration meeting. It depends on how quickly the team fills in the survey and how complex the product category is.

Does the data stay with us?

You receive results in aggregate form. We pass on nothing that would let anyone identify the author of a statement, and we ask that no one try to establish it.

How is this different from an engagement survey?

An engagement survey measures mood. We ask about the product and the process: why it sells worse than it should, and where knowledge fails to reach the decision.
